Pamela Sue Schatten, Esquire is an AV-Rated attorney, which is the highest ethical standard given to attorneys. Pamela went to Emory University for her undergraduate education and went to Brooklyn Law School for her law degree. Pamela is a title agent with the Attorney’s Title Fund Services, LLC, also known as “The Fund.” Pamela is also a Realtor at Jonathan Solomon Realty. She works hard for people to be satisfied in their real estate closings to obtaining the needed documents for the purchase and sale of the real estate closing matter to closing on-time. She also works hard to make sure that the real estate contract is being followed on behalf of both the buyer and seller, and that closing costs are being paid by the appropriate parties to the contract. She will also give guidance on whether it is the right time to rent or purchase. She helped a client immensely when she saw the issue with renting for a very high price, or purchasing a property that gained a lot of value by the purchase and the client was happy to own her own home. She helped the client by not having to pay one hundred thousand dollars in rent, but instead gaining more than one hundred thousand dollars in equity. Pamela also owns her own law office and sees the importance of property ownership.
Pamela lives in Emerald Hills, Hollywood, and has been a board member at Temple Sinai. She is a mother of two beautiful children, Matthew and Sara, who are in middle school and elementary school in Hollywood. She has a husband who is a Medical Safety/Clinical Manager Pharmacist who works at Memorial Healthcare Systems. She also has a beautiful goldendoodle dog named Sunny.
