Attorney Pamela Schatten, an amazing estate planning attorney has now opened a Hollywood Florida title company called ROCK SOLID TITLE PLLC. Pamela has decided to turn her focus to not only estate planning but also to take on real estate closing matters. She had worked with Hall and Hall Law Firm during her time at Brooklyn Law School representing Staten Island Bank with their real estate closings. While working with her father, A. Jeffrey Barash, Esquire, a well-known estate planning attorney, she missed dealing with real estate closings, so she decided to open the practice up to real estate closing deals. She has dealt with residential real estate closings from $3.5 million to $150,000. She even worked on closing on her own commercial deal of her own office.
THE GRAND OPENING OF ROCK SOLID TITLE PLLC took place from six to eight pm, at 2450 Hollywood Boulevard – CU 201, Hollywood, Florida 33020, April 28, 2022. It was a wonderful opening of Rock Solid Title PLLC, a title limited liability company. It is conveniently located right in the center of downtown Hollywood. Rock Solid Title reviews title searches, surveys, and lien searches and helps process closings for residential real estate. Rock Solid Title represents both Buyers and Sellers on both loan closings and cash closings.
At the opening, people enjoyed themselves eating, talking and networking. There were thirty to forty people who were past clients of Barash-Schatten Law Firm, and loan officers, signing agents, realtors, and brokers for Rock Solid Title PLLC . The Hollywood City Commissioner, Kevin Biederman and the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce were in attendance as well.
Wonderful Cuban food, effervescent champagne, fruit, Rock Solid Title themed cookies, dulce de leche cake, music, and balloons set the stage for the title company to enter the downtown Hollywood scene. The company focuses on title work for residential closings, foreclosure settlements, and refinances. In addition to the opening of Rock Solid Title, we celebrated the new office space of Barash-Schatten Law Firm PA. The law firm specializes in estate planning and family law work to help the community with their legal services.
